A proud Southern Cheyenne and descendant of the Sand Creek Massacre, Chris Tall Bear makes his home in Norman, Oklahoma, with his wife of 18 years, Donna Marie Tall Bear. Chris brings over 15 years of non-profit leadership and the experience of being a small business owner to the Foundation. While he has earned Western letters in Energy and Natural Resources law from the University of Oklahoma, his true authority and teachings come from his Cheyenne ancestors.
